If the democrats (1) win the presidency, house, AND senate, and (2) grow some balls, then this is how they might be able to wrest America back from the cliffside into fachism:
1. Wait for Republicans to make their play at the Supreme Court
2. Quickly rush a law through Congress expanding it to 13 seats
3. President immediately summons congress to session and then immediately recesses them for $N days
4. President appoints temporary, strategically selected supreme court justices to fill the new seats
5. Supreme court decides the election in favor of the voters
6. Call congress back to session and enact systemic reforms over the next 2 years which prevent the Republicans (or anyone else) from perverting the process again

@sir This doesn't make sense to me. What do you mean by "make their play at the Supreme Court"? I'm assuming, since #5 is getting SCOTUS to call in favor of Dems in this scheme, that everything that comes before #5 happens before the election is called .. and that's going be some time in November or at most early December. If the Dems win the Senate they won't actually be seated until Jan 3, and Trump will still be in power until Jan 20, so.. yeah, this is all cart-before-the-horse.
