@maloki @winter Yes! I did a some CBT recently and one thing I worked on was learning to analyze my systems objectively and look for ways to improve them before throwing them out and replacing them. It helped. I took the time to evaluate what I really needed in a task tracker and went back to one I used in the past, and so far when it fails I've been able to just adjust the way I use it. I'm pleasantly surprised. But also learned to accept that switching up is going to be normal for me.
