@straphanger Yes! Bike tunnels ftw! My avatar is me riding through the Maas tunnel in Rotterdam. I hope the Norwegians don’t put escalators on either side like the Dutch did, though, because it is _terrifying_ to get on the down escalator with a bike!

@elakdawalla I literally have calendar alerts for this because I tend to flip instantly from not hungry at all to too hangry and tired to feed myself.

@andrhia If it's something you don't have to use your brain for (like cleaning or laundry) I listen to podcasts. If I don't my brain rebels and tries to find something more interesting for me to do, and I just end up in a struggle with nothing getting done. Podcasts act like a brain pacifier so it shuts up and lets me get a chore done.

@phooky oh hell yes, I just have a magic keyboard plugged in. Lightweight, I can type with the keyboard in my lap and the iPad on a table, and bonus: it has an escape key! (I’m trying to imagine vi with an on-screen keyboard. *shudders*)

Omg, there’s a terminal emulator for iOS. I’m surfing the filesystem from a command line and editing code in vi — on my iPad! And it lets you open multiple windows (so you can edit multiple files at the same time) and since you have access to the file system you don’t have to share sheet all over the place to get those files open in the app. Here’s the github page, but you can also find it in the app store. https://github.com/holzschu/a-shell
