I know I'm obsessed. But when you get a sky like this, can you blame me? I'm sure other places get stunning sunsets and cloudscapes (Yes looking at you Aus), but there's something about the Dutch sky. Maybe it's the fact that in places we get over 180° of horizon. Or the lack of hills to interrupt the clouds. I don't know. But I seem to spend a lot of time cycling round trying to get the perfect photo.

I'm guessing on the eastward bit towards Alphen. Which would make the church on the horizon in either Hazerswoudedorp or Benthuizen.

Actually looking at it further. Photo was taken from Broekweg, looking west at Zuidbuurt. So just before I started to head east.

@SpaceLifeForm we do get storms. Some quite horrible ones. Sure, not typhoons or hurricanes. But still storms.

@SpaceLifeForm not really descriptive enough to convey the whole image to someone who can't see it.
