I'm Carcassonne last week we found a lot of restaurants stopped serving at 2000. Today we discovered the restaurant at our hotel in Andorra, doesn't start serving dinner until 2000...
It mainly serves day-trippers - I'm guessing that's why restaurants reckon it's not worth their while to stay open later.
