Need to find some anaglyph glasses to see if this worked.

@th it does, to some extent. Tough to tell at this angle, but it has at least some depth.

Fortunately the anaglyph glasses are still in my copy of Inside the Vacuum Tube (Rider, 1947). ;-)

(Sitting on an RL01 disk drive for extra street cred.)

@th the chest has depth, but the hindquarters, legs, and head go flat. I think there's a perspective shear as some others have suggested. It may be simply too aggressive?

@th my red lens also works much better than the blue on this image (at least, viewing my phone), which may bias things; it takes some concentration.

@elb Thanks for the feedback! I plan to track down some glasses and a more intense blue pen, then redo it with a proper rendering (and maybe more triangles)

@th I hope you get it sorted out! I looked up the anaglyphs in that book, and the blue that they use is very pale, almost pastel, which is probably why the red filter isn't eliminating yours.

I'm not sure you want to optimize for a 1945 cardboard cutout lens holder from a book that no one else has, of course. ;-)

@th @elb this would be a pretty amusing application for a VR headset...
