@th The inefficiency of Dutch infrastructure engineering on display. They install pipes to run cables through on locations where concrete will be poured or on a bridge perhaps. I've always wondered why there are no conducts installed in the streets. For every change and/or problem they need to tear up the street.. potentially damaging other cables, etc.
