This 1983 intro to computers book for young children has as much detail in a few colorful pages as a college hardware architecture class. https://archive.org/details/Usborne_Guide_to_Computer_Jargon_1983_Usborne_Publishing/mode/2up
@th Great find! Wonder about the age group. Some years back I was at the computer history museum in California. They have a wall illustrating the historic development of computer languages. Beside it was a young boy about 7 years old that had very strong opinions to his mom about even now obscure languages. Only in silicon valley I thought and grinned.
@th@social.v.st While I don't see this one on the list of free pdfs, it turns out Usborne has a number of their 80s computer books available as free downloads https://usborne.com/us/books/computer-and-coding-books
I'm glad that the `ADC` robot has found a special friend in the `CARRY` flag robot.
