@sebastian looks like the TI digital switch in the T490 has been replaced by a Lenovo ASIC of some sort in the X1 gen 8.
@th Heh, UART on the headphone jack brings back memories. Google Nexus phones used to have that and putting a voltage on one of the lines did the switch. Supposedly idea originated from TI as one of the early ones was on an OMAP4 or such.
Though this is something else?
