I don't remember ordering these bollards
at least they included installation.
@th What is the point of this barrier? Was it put there by the local council?
@posrev it's to replace temporary barriers and allow authorized cars to swing it open wheen needed. bikes and pedestrians are still allowed all the time.
@th It must be tempting for some people to draw faces or something on those red outlined circle signs.
