The Lilygo 4.7" e-ink esp32 is a nice package, although the example software is 1-out-of-5-stars quality. The text rendering has no alignment or rotation control, and the refresh waveform does not work on LiPo battery voltages. The whites turn gray after a while and the details all turn blurry.
@th Are the waveforms burned in or is it possible to use your own?
@patrick they are in the source code and can be edited if better ones are found. they work "ok" on USB voltages, although the partial updates are very disruptive compared to other panels I've used. https://github.com/Xinyuan-LilyGO/LilyGo-EPD47/
