it's getting dark and there's been a 3-4 beaufort headwind the whole way, so I'm questioning my choices.
@th At 3 to 4 Beaufort you ought to be seeing frequent white horses
@th i admire your use of obscure-but-appropriate units
@sneak just an estimate based on passing a man-of-war with all sail set and clean full going in the smooth water from 3-5 knots.
@th That's quite a tour still, might be a few hours till home.
