another reason it is not yet the year of Linux on the Desktop: every time my monitors wake from sleep they are mirrored and I have to fix it with:

xrandr --output DisplayPort-0 --right-of HDMI-A-1
@th Mine is de-inverted, so I have to go and: `$ xrandr -x` The mouse is still inverted when it wakes up so moving the pointer around is wierd on the x asis until I reinvert the screen.

@olamundo sometimes it is easier to rotate the input device to match the screen orientation.

I invert both my pointer and screen on the x axis, so they match.

I wonder how I can flip the screen outside X, such as BIOS, GRUB and TTY.

I wonder if there is some hack I coul do with the cables...
