just spoke with the NSA FOIA office on the phone and they said their "_first-in, first-out backlog processing queue_" typically has a **two to three year wait**, so 15 months with no updates is "*normal*".
@th FIFO processing queue: So they won't process anything when the currently worked on job is stuck in some department for redaction and everybody there is OOO? Must be a comfy position.
