just spoke with the NSA FOIA office on the phone and they said their "_first-in, first-out backlog processing queue_" typically has a **two to three year wait**, so 15 months with no updates is "*normal*".
With enough felt feet to level it out, the new printer stand is fairly stable and works well enough.
