Does the ICD train to Brussels count as high speed, or low speed? It only does 160kph. But it's running on the high speed infrastructure...

@quixoticgeek I'd assume it's low speed as was the EC8 Adam had taken to Münster.

@quixoticgeek True, but I assume it's more about velocity than infrastructure. It might be easier to rely on train classification than checking on which tracks they ran.

Agree. High speed is generally considered to be above 200 km/h.
