@jfparis I did wonder the same. I was impressed by the court explicitly stating that echr was not used in this ruling. Which comes with an undertone of "but we might slap you with it if you keep being an arse "

The ECHR mention was great but whilst we can appreciate it, the clown leading the country was spewing words to the opposite and this will be what the papers will repeat. What a normal Island....
@quixoticgeek Have to wonder if they were not aiming for that outcome so they can bash on the ECHR (which has nothing to do with the ruling)
