Last Christmas I received this drill as an Xmas present. It's great, chews through walls like they aren't even there. But it creates a lot of dust which is a faff, and means I'm less likely to use it. In the Autumn I bought the vacuum attachment for it. Today I used it properly for the first time.

It's amazing. Absolutely no mess. And also doubles as a depth stop, which prevents me going all the way through the wall (which is very easy to do otherwise).

Absolutely brilliant.

@quixoticgeek nice bit of equipment there, makes my 2 Black & Decker drills quite small but they do the job I need for them.

@2_Wheeled_Wolf She's a beauty. Complements my other drills quite nicely too.

@quixoticgeek oh no doubt, price to go with it too. Tho no doubt worth every penny.

@2_Wheeled_Wolf she was a gift. But yes. Hadn't realised how good a drill could be.

@quixoticgeek nice gift! I know the brand well so know how good they are, just not the budget for one.

@2_Wheeled_Wolf I'm fortunate that having got one device with battery and charger. Getting more tools is a lot cheaper as no need to buy a battery and charger for each one. I now have two drills, the SDS+ beast, a couple of vacuums, a router, and two lights. I even made a soldering station that is powered by one of these batteries.

@quixoticgeek I have cordless tools & multiple batteries so when one dies & needs charging I have another battery to use.
