What's do you call OTP where they shouldn't be?

@th I got so sick of having to plug my Yubikey Neo 5 into my Thinkpad a zillion times a day that I bought a Yubikey Nano 5. I quickly grew sick of accidentally triggering it a zillion times a day. Having it spew into text boxes is bad, but it is awful when you have something like Lightroom open, which uses single key shortcuts. I'm back to using the Neo 5. I like the concept of the Nano, but they really need activation to be via a highly deliberate physical act.

@Infoseepage @th You can configure your key to be in the second slot, and then set the threshold for activating the second slot such that you won't hit it accidentally.

That's what I do - I use a Nano, and I have to hold it down for a few seconds before any text input actually activates.

@jfred @th Problem is I use both slots. The nano should not have a momentary touch activation for any of its slots. If I could do 3 seconds for slot one and 6 seconds for slot two it would eliminate 90% of accidental activations.

@Infoseepage @th you can turn that off in the yubikey personalization app in like 5 seconds

@th congratulations we have finally created hardware that can hrruuuurrrggghhhh and ugghhhhpjthrhttsd with the best of them

@th I call it "why the fuck does yubi ship with otp in slot 1" myself
