@th I think they react the same like you would if your house had a water damage. Maybe a bit more relaxed. I do not know if the webs dry and are useable or if they have to spin a new one.

You can check how spiders can modulate their hearing of signals spread by their web (when they are not hungry they don't "listen" to the small vibrations of a small fly)
