Y'all, omg, if you want to save money on your crossfit membership just go find a non-mechanized farm and volunteer there instead. I think I did a thousand deadlifts today, and lots of farmers carries wtih buckets of sand and gravel. I even got some tire flipping in (well, large drainage hoses, but similar size/weight). 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Anyone on here interested in developing a distributed/federated social project? Or is anyone working on anything right now? I'm not seeing anything searching online.

Ok I posted that horrifying plastic article.. and then I happened to find these food containers. Lighter than glass, leak-proof, and dishwasher-safe I'm using them for take-out and doggie bags from now on. I just filled one with water and shook the heck out of it and it didn't leak. 👏🏻 ecolunchboxes.com/pages/blue-w

This is the first book from the library on #ADHD where I could literally open the book and put practical use straight to work.

Written by a professional organizer who sometimes works with ADHD clients, this book is geared towards efficiency above all else, and breaks topics down by rooms or specific tasks in rooms. It's good for house-wide issues or attacking areas where stuff is piled up.

I will be attempting a variety of these suggestions over the next few days.

Attn: Americans in the Netherlands -- you can vote in the primary today 16:00-21:00 at Boom Chicago in Amsterdam. Your vote will likely count more than voting in your states since the global primary sends its own delegates to the convention.

Boosts appreciated.

If you miss this one, there's one in Utrecht 7 March and Den Haag 10 March. More info at the Democrats Abroad website: democratsabroad.org/nl

Having that first day of school feeling. Today I'm starting a conversatie cursus. Mixed blessing of living somewhere everyone speaks English -- it's harder to learn the local language since you're never forced to use it to communicate.

@holly Cannily so! It's like I'm dealing with thinkable powers which are strictly within my ken!

I spent months digging into the state of cybersecurity in the healthcare industry for Ars Technica. Deeply grateful for insight from Jeff Tully, Christian Dameff, Billy Rios, Beau Woods, Suzanne Schwartz (and others not quoted) and to Nathan Mattise for brilliant editing and being a great sounding board. arstechnica.com/information-te
